About The Authors

TRISTAN PALMGREN is the author of the critically acclaimed genre-warping blend of historical fiction and space opera novel Quietus, and its sequel Terminus. They have been a clerk, a factory technician, a university lecturer, a cashier, a secretary, a retail manager, a rural coroner's assistant. In their lives on parallel Earths, they have been an ant farm tycoon, funeral home enthusiast, professional con-artist impersonator, laser pointer chaser, and the person who somehow landed a trademark for the word "Avuncular." Jealous. They live with their partner in Salem, Virginia.

RICHARD LEE BYERS is the author of over fifty fantasy and horror novels, including a dozen set in the Forgotten Realms universe. A resident of the Tampa Bay area, the setting for many of his horror stories, he spends much of his free time fencing and playing poker.

CARRIE HARRIS has been writing professionally since the early 2000s. She writes original and licensed books in a variety of worlds including Marvel, Warhammer 40k, the World of Darkness, and the Fate RPG. Her books Shadow Avengers: A Marvel Crisis Protocol Novel, Witches Unleashed: A Marvel Untold Novel, and Liberty and Justice for All: A Xavier’s Institute Novel were Scribe award finalists for best licensed fiction, and her young adult horror comedy Bad Taste in Boys was a Quick Pick for Reluctant Readers. She is a member of the International Association of Media Tie-In Writers and the Science Fiction and Fantasy Writers Association. Carrie lives in New York with her ninja doctor husband, teenagers, and a cranky dog named Slartibartfast.

DAVID ANNANDALE is a Canadian writer of Doctor Doom, Arkham Horror and Legend of the Five Rings fiction for Aconyte, and Horus Heresy, Warhammer 40,000, Age of Sigmar and Warhammer Horror fiction for Black Library. Among his recent novels are Reign of the Devourer and The Harrowing of Doom. He is also the author of the horror novel Gethsemane Hall and the Jen Blaylock thriller series. By day, he is Senior Instructor in the Department of English, Theatre, Film & Media at the University of Manitoba, where he specializes in genre film and video games. He is also a co-host of the Hugo-nominated podcast The Skiffy and Fanty Show

CL WERNER is a voracious reader and prolific author from Phoenix, Arizona. His many novels and short stories span the genres of fantasy and horror, and he has written for Warhammer’s Age of Sigmar and Old WorldWarhammer 40,000, Warmachine’s Iron Kingdoms, and Mantic’s Kings of War.
