About The Book

The difference between winning and losing or success and failure is leadership. Step the F*ck Up and Lead makes leadership simple by offering one clear standard for how you live and lead.

Discover a universal leadership system that has been proven across business, football, and life from Joe Moglia, former CEO and Chairman Emeritus, TDAmeritrade, former Head Football Coach and Executive Advisor to the president and Chair Emeritus of Athletics at Coastal Carolina University.

The principles, first coined on a football field, come to life through his stories from the trading floor, the boardroom, and the world of sports. The unique leadership lessons he shares in Step the F*ck Up and Lead are supported by a clear and concise system of self-knowledge, accountability, and compassion.

The Moglia leadership principles in Step The F*ck Up and Lead are a way of life: If you follow them, you don’t just become a better leader, you live a life with integrity and purpose.
