About The Book

The untold story of how the feminist empowerment movement weakened modern women and the case for why strong women are turning back to femininity.

Feminism promised women happiness.

But decades later, women are more anxious, lonelier, and more unhappy than ever.

The movement that vowed to liberate us has left a generation of young women without direction, clarity, or peace.

In We Can’t Do It: 50 Ways Feminism Failed and Why Tradition Is the Ultimate Rebellion, authors Lily Kate and Huntley Jett expose one of the greatest cultural deceptions of our time: the belief that feminism is a success. Through fifty powerful insights, they reveal how the feminist movement radically redefined womanhood, distorted feminine strength, broke down societal stability, and quietly stole the very joy it promised to deliver.

Instead of resentment and rivalry, this book calls women to embrace peace, purpose, and divine feminine design. It’s a bold invitation to rediscover a heart posture of biblical femininity without the costume: where strength is not lost in gentleness, family is not an obstacle to success, and womanhood is regarded as sacred rather than a burden.

For women who feel caught between cultural pressure and biblical truth, We Can’t Do It offers clarity, courage, and conviction for a new generation ready to live counter to the current.

Huntley Jett is a Christian conservative from Montgomery, Texas. From an early age, he knew writing would play a significant role in his life—though he never expected his first publication to explore the subject of feminism.

Through his involvement with Turning Point USA, hands-on experience in election campaigns, and a passion for the timeless wisdom found in old books by long-gone thinkers, Huntley developed a deep passion for politics and philosophy.

Now pursuing a degree in political science at Texas A&M University in College Station, Huntley aspires to guide his peers and generation to seek out the good, the true, and the beautiful—and ultimately, to turn their hearts toward God.
