Colonel Bruce “Ossie” Oswald has served in both the Regular and Reserve components of the Australian Army since 1979. He is currently a consultant to the Director of Army Legal Services. He is an Associate Professor at Melbourne Law School, the University of Melbourne, and was Jennings Randolph Senior Fellow at the United States Institute of Peace (2012-2013).
