After his education and training at the University of Utah and Tulane Medical Center, and while preparing to implement the HIPUS® system, he acquired decades of frontline experience while working in numerous emergency departments throughout the northeastern region of the United States. Passionate about smarter healthcare solutions, Dr. Sorensen advocates for IT reforms that restore autonomy to doctors and enhance patient care.
