Paul Bellow

Paul Bellow is a LitRPG and progression fantasy author, entrepreneur, and community builder based in the American Midwest. He is the creator of LitRPG Forum and LitRPG Reads, which are long-running hubs that connect authors and readers through genre discussion, resources, and discovery. Paul wrote his first stories in the early 1980s and began playing Dungeons and Dragons around the same time. Within a few years, he was running his own campaigns, an early foundation for the system-first storytelling that defines his work today. As a novelist, Paul’s work is rooted in tabletop and digital RPG logic with a focus on clear progression, meaningful stakes, and systems that stay readable across long arcs. His best-known fiction includes the Tower of Gates series and related projects.
