Suman Ghosh

Suman Ghosh is a National Award-winning Indian filmmaker and a Professor of Economics at Florida Atlantic University. He did his PhD in Economics from Cornell University where he also had his film training. He has made twelve feature films and two documentaries till date. His films have travelled to many international festivals all over the world and received several awards. He has also been published widely in many top Economics journals, and his debut non-fiction book was called Soumitra Chatterjee: A Film-Maker Remembers based on his interactions with the legendary actor Soumitra Chatterjee. He lives in Miami and Kolkata.
